Bub & Me Yoga

Baby yoga is a wonderful way for parents to bond with their babies, support their baby’s development, and support their own physical and mental wellbeing. 

It involves gentle yoga poses for the caregiver and here at Bumps to Bubs we love to include bub in all parts of the class! Expect to be doing downward dog and blowing bub kisses, lunges while holding bub, and beautiful svasana (rest time) cuddles - just to name a few! The fun doesn’t stop there though, as all of my classes include sensory play and yoga poses to support your baby’s development. Baby yoga classes are also a fantastic way to meet other parents with similar aged babies, build your support network, and have some time for yourself.
